The produce stand a few blocks from my house makes for a nice walk. In addition to their produce, they always have fresh flowers as well. These were next to the check out counter.

I helped out a colleague earlier this week with a last minute task and as a thank you he brought me these the next morning after waiting at the growers for them to be picked that morning. I should have included a photo of one cut in half so you can see how red and ripe they are all the way through.

I spent all morning wandering around Tyler State Park in Newtown, Pennsylvania and took a LOT of photos this in the lovely picnic area called The Maze. The morning drizzle cleared up and the sun came out in time for me to take some photos that I really liked.

I have worked virtually across the street from this structure since August of 2006 and all this time I thought it was a church. I took a lunch time walk the other day and actually stopped to read the historic marker out front. This was built as a church in the 19th century, then it became a doctor’s office, and in the last half of the 20th century the last doctor using the facility retired and his daughter bought the property and converted it into her home and its been that way since.
