Love the colour and the decals. That drawing of the guy in the hat with one eye: it looks really familiar, where is that from?

  2. I want that bike! Great snap, Jen.

  3. oooo a Vespa is it ? I think it is.

    heheh clever title.

    • Jen Walker says:

Yep, it’s a Stella Vespa. I’ve always noticed them because I’ve an affinity for MOD culture but now one of my new pals has TWO of these beauties. One is Pink and named Pinky Tuscadero. So I always seem to notice them more now because I know her.

I love that one is named Pinky Tuscadero. I’ve often thought that if we ever ended up with another cat I’d have to name in Leather to go along with Pinky (even though Eric really named her for Pink Floyd).

I bet you anything she knows who owns this too. LOL

It’s a 2005 Genuine Stella 150. While based on the Vespa P-series design, it’s in no way affiliated with the Italian brand. The Stella is produced by a company based in India called LML & imported to the USA by Genuine Scooter Company.

That would be my Stella. Poliana showed me this; glad you dug it. It’s my wife and it’s my life.

  5. Drew says:

Stella’s are a cheap badly made clone of Vespas. They may look O.K but are far from anything close to a Vespa! Indian garbage!weak, badly engineered and will not last more than 3 or 4 years.fine for posers on a budget though but why not save more and get the real deal?

  6. Drew says:

I was just saying that Stella’s are cheap imitations. I am a Scooter addict and currently own a 1967 Lambretta SX200 and a 1971 Vespa Primavera 125 both fully restored with all original parts, Sorry for the Stella diss but they are wack bikes.
