There was this large flock of blackbirds sitting in a field crowded together braving the cold. I wanted to take a picture but as soon as I took a few steps toward them, the whole flock took off and moved further away from me !
It was beautiful.
American Flatbread is the name of one of my favorite restaurants in Vermont. They serve delicious pizzas and brew their own beer right on site. The pizzas are cooked in a hearth, and you can watch them cook as you eat.
