The mousse that roared

These are the dregs of my first attempt at making chocolate mousse. The recipe I used was considerably less work intensive than traditional mousse recipes, using a blender in place of all that folding business. The end result had a consistency closer to pudding, most likely because I took the lazy way out in making it. However, it was rich, thick and tasty yum, so I consider it a 75% success.
