It is perhaps because of the torturous experience I had as an undergrad with exams that I now experience a sense of schadenfreude watching others slaving away in study carrels in the library or bent over scribbling on their exam. I know that makes me sound creepy, but it’s true!

After ballet class tonight, I snapped a photo of the Christmas tree in the studio.  If you look very closely, you can see Jack, the resident cat.  He watched the train go round and round for several minutes before settling in his cozy spot beneath the tree.
