Recycling Leftovers
We had just enough lamb from the holiday for one repeat of our Thanksgiving meal and then with the rest, I made a tasty stew.
I used the lamb bones, garlic, lemon, rosemary, thyme and berbere seasoning in the stock. Then I just added veggies and potatoes and the last bit of our leftover lamb. I even threw in the leftover roasted potatoes too.
It was tasty.
