Dupont, Close Up
Here’s an extreme close up of the beautiful tile work in Dupont subway station. All these pictures of flowers recently inspired me to take this picture. The art piece is called Spadina Summer Under All Seasons and was created by James Sutherland using thousands of pieces of broken glass tiles. The close up is of the flower adorning the southbound platform, while the photo below is of the one on the northbound platform.

Flower mural at Dupont Station
I don’t use Dupont station very often, but I like its design a lot. You will most probably see a few more pics of various parts of this stations (and others on the TTC) in the months ahead!

Frapto 28 – Incense Man
When I am not wafting incense around for photographs, like in this photo , I usually place the sticks in various incense holders. The strangest of those, is this fella, the smoke is meant to ominously waft out of his mouth, but rarely does.

Moon with Tripod
Shortly after Frapto went online I saw a very high quality tripod during a Woot Off and ordered it. It finally arrived today so I decided to take a couple moon shots with it and see if they turned better than my hand held shots on the last full moon. This was my favorite. The color photo had a distinct red glow around the left side and a green glow on the right. I will put that up on Flickr when I have time but it did not look good scaled down to Frapto size so I took it monochrome with a Black and White film emulator.
